New PDF Output Formats: HTML, XLSX, RTF, and PCL
You can now convert PDF documents to four more formats - HTML, XLSX, RTF, and PCL - expanding the ways you can repurpose, edit, and print your PDFs. The HTML, XLSX, and RTF converters are built on the Solid engine and share its layout, OCR, and content options.
Highlights
- PDF to HTML - turn a PDF into a web page with WYSIWYG layout, plus optional OCR for scanned documents.
- PDF to XLSX - extract tables and data into an Excel workbook, with control over single-sheet output and decimal and thousands separators.
- PDF to RTF - produce an editable Rich Text document with a selectable layout mode and optional annotation handling.
- PDF to PCL - generate Printer Command Language output for direct printing, with color mode and resolution settings.
- Shared options across the Solid-based converters: page range, password-protected input, OCR mode, OCR language, and OCR engine.
