Added Security Layer: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Is Now Available
We've added Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to help you better protect your ConvertAPI account and API usage. MFA adds an extra layer of security on top of your password, significantly reducing the risk of unauthorized access.
Highlights
- Requires two forms of verification at sign-in: something you know (your password) and something you have (a time-based one-time code from an authenticator app).
- Keeps your account protected even if your password is compromised.
- Protects billing and API keys from unauthorized access, and helps meet internal or compliance security requirements.
- Recommended for all users, especially teams and businesses.
- Enable MFA in a few steps:
- Go to Account -> Security.
- Open the Multi-Factor Authentication section.
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app.
- Confirm the generated code to activate MFA.
