DOCX Template Converter - Newline Support in Placeholder Binding

We've improved the Template to DOCX and Template to PDF converters to better handle multiline text in placeholder binding.

Highlights

• When BindingMethod is placeholders, placeholder string values can now include new lines.
• Line breaks are preserved correctly in the generated DOCX file.
• Makes it easier to insert multi-line content such as addresses or notes into Word templates with proper formatting.
