Single Sign-On (SSO) with Microsoft Entra ID

ConvertAPI

Your team can now sign in to ConvertAPI with Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on (SSO), using the work accounts they already have. Your organization's own sign-in rules, such as multi-factor authentication and Conditional Access, apply to every sign-in.

Highlights

  • The sign-in page has a new SSO tab with a Continue with Microsoft Entra ID button.
  • It works with Microsoft work and school accounts, matched to ConvertAPI logins by email address.
  • Owners and admins can invite SSO-only team members with the new Microsoft SSO switch on the Team Members page.
  • SSO-only members sign in through Microsoft Entra ID only, never with a password, Google or GitHub.
  • You manage access in Microsoft Entra ID. Disable an SSO-only member there, and they can no longer sign in to ConvertAPI.
  • A Microsoft Entra administrator can approve ConvertAPI for the whole organization with one approval link, without a ConvertAPI login.
  • ConvertAPI asks Microsoft only for your basic profile and never sees your Microsoft password.
  • SSO is available on the Enterprise plan and during the free trial, so you can set it up before you buy.
