New API Added: HEIF to PDF Conversion

We've added support for converting HEIF (High Efficiency Image File Format) images to PDF. The new endpoint turns .heif and .heic files into high-quality PDFs with fast processing - ideal for iOS apps handling HEIC photos that need quick PDF generation.
