CSV to PDF Works on B4 and B5 Page Sizes

CSV to PDF now converts on the B5 page size and on B4 in landscape instead of failing. B4 and B5 pages come out in the same sizes Excel prints them.

Fixes

• CSV to PDF - PageSize set to b5, or to b4 with PageOrientation set to landscape, failed every conversion with error 5001. These conversions now succeed.
• CSV to PDF - B5 pages are 182 x 257 mm and B4 pages are 257 x 364 mm, the sizes Excel uses for these paper settings. B4 pages were 250 x 353 mm before.
