Fixes for PPSX to PPTX, PDF to FDF and Excel to Image

Three converters that failed on valid requests now work as expected. PPSX to PPTX converts again, PDF to FDF handles forms with shared field names, and the Excel to image converters reject unsupported page sizes with a clear error.

Fixes

• PPSX to PPTX - every request failed with error 50050, even with default parameters. The converter now works and accepts the Password parameter, like the other PowerPoint converters.
• PDF to FDF - with IncludeAlternateNames set to true, forms where several controls share a name failed with an error 500. Such forms now export correctly.
• Excel to JPG, PNG, TIFF and WEBP - envelope and fanfold page sizes always failed, because Excel cannot print to them. These converters now offer the same page sizes as Excel to PDF, and an unsupported size now returns a 400 validation error instead of a conversion failure.

Parameters

• Password (string) - new on PPSX to PPTX, the password of a protected presentation.
• PageSize (collection, default default) - on Excel to JPG, PNG, TIFF and WEBP, now one of default, letter, lettersmall, tabloid, ledger, legal, statement, executive, a3, a4, a4small, a5, b4 or b5.
