Real PNM Output and RGB AlphaColor Values

Image to PNM conversions now return real PNM files instead of PNG files. Image to JPG conversions accept AlphaColor in R,G,B form, such as 255,255,255, instead of failing.

Fixes

• BMP, GIF, HEIC, JPG, PNG, PSD, SVG, TIFF, WebP and AI to PNM - the result was a PNG file with a .png extension. It is now a real PNM file with a .pnm extension. Color images come back as PPM, and grayscale or black-and-white images may come back as PGM or PBM, all inside the same .pnm format.
• Transparency in PNM output - PNM cannot store transparency, so transparent areas are now filled with white. The TransparentColor parameter is no longer offered on PNM conversions, because it had no effect on the output.
• GIF, HEIC, HEIF, ICO, PNG, PSD, SVG, TIFF and WebP to JPG - an AlphaColor value in R,G,B form, such as 255,255,255, failed with an unexpected error. It now sets the background color for transparent areas, like hex values and color names already did.
