Outlook Signature Logos Stay in Place in Email Conversions

MSG to PDF and EML to PDF now place floating Outlook images, such as a signature logo, on their own line instead of over the email text.

Fixes

• MSG to PDF and EML to PDF - a floating image from Outlook, typically the logo in an email signature, could be drawn on top of the email text. It now appears inline in its own paragraph. Emails without such images render exactly as before.
• The same fix applies to MSG and EML to JPG, PNG, TIFF and WebP, which render the email the same way.
