Fixed: PDF to TIFF-Fax and PDF to PPTX Converters

We've resolved two issues affecting output accuracy in the PDF to TIFF-Fax and PDF to PPTX converters.

Fixes

• PDF to TIFF-Fax - fixed incorrect output width (a requested 1728 produced 1582) and content being cut off when vertical resolution was set to 98.
• PDF to PPTX - fixed the missing background on the first slide.
