• How are the conversions measured?

  Conversions are measured in credits. Every API has CreditsCost property which shows how many credits each conversion costs. For example Web2Pdf API cost one credit for one conversion.

• Are accounts and credits activated instantly?

  Yes, it takes only several seconds.

• Can I cancel my monthly plan at any time?

  Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time.

• Can I change plans at any time?

  You may change payment scheme at any time from monthly plan to one-time plan and vise versa. Also upgrade/downgrade monthly plans.

• Do monthly plan credits roll over to the next month if they are not used?

  No.

• Do one-time plan credits roll over to the next month if they are not used?

  Yes. The one-time credits are not expiring.

• Can I purchase monthly plan credits and one-time plan credits together?

  Yes. Monthly plan credits will be used first and then one-time credits.

• What if I will use all my credits?

  If you will use all your credits the API will continue work. You will receive an email notification and have chance to buy more credits.
